Well to start off, my name is Lexi.  I'm fourteen years old and would like to be a journalist.  I think the thing that draws me to literature is the feeling of expressing myself.    Most of my writing is random;  I like writing humor and sad stuff for the most part.
    Anyway, I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  It's rainy, hot and pretty, just like the rest of Florida.   I have a sister named Alyssa, who is a brat like every other little sister.  My mom is a single parent and I love her so much.
    My cousin Regina is my best friend, along with Veronica and Brianna.  They support me and never let me give up my hopes.   I can talk to all three about anything.
     I have a sense of humor and try to make people laugh constantly.   It puts a smile on my face to see someone laugh.
    Books and Music have a lot of influence on my writing.  Reading is something I could do all day.  I listen mostly to country music because I feel it's the only kind of music that really has meaning.  Music needs to have real meaning for me to like it.
